Our Arrival In Halifax.

So we’ve arrived in Halifax, even though Rod’s walk hasn’t officially started the journey certainly has! We kicked off the arrival with Rod playing a gig at Stayner’s Wharf, ended up staying a night at the Delta Chelsea Hotel and the adventure continues! The video upload is on a bit of a delay since we need time to edit and upload so a lot more has happened but you’ll have to keep watching to find out!
Rod, my little brother of more years than I can remember, I’ve been sitting and contemplating your trek, mission, goal… And I’ve come to one conclusion: You embody all that I hope my son grows up to be. To be adventurous and brave, thoughtful and considerate, fearless and bold, kind and loving.
I have known you since you were actually shorter than me (MANY years have passed) and to know you now is an honour. You are a wonderful man with a great spirit, quiet intelligence and a certain mystique that endears to you many.
